After receiving his degree in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University and then spending many years in the culinary and hospitality scene in Rhode Island, Kevin Millonzi decided to open his own restaurant and catering businesses in 2010. Hence, Millonzi Fine Catering and Millonzi’s Bar and Grille were established.
