What is the process for planning an event?The needs of every event varies; Millonzi Fine Catering’s event team will provide every potential event client with a preliminary proposal that will outline all details to include pricing, item rentals, staffing, and menu selections. Event management staff will then work directly with the client to fine tune the vision of the event until its execution, with management on hand for the day of the event.

What size events do you cater?Events of all sizes, to include weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings and sponsorships of all types and sizes- from ten guests, to ten thousand!

How far do you travel to cater an event?Millonzi Fine Catering is a licensed caterer providing services throughout Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut.

Can you provide rentals (for example, tents, tables, chairs) for my event?Yes; Millonzi Fine Catering has access to a variety of event rental items and will manage the coordination of all item rentals.

What menu options are available for my event?From food stations to buffets to formal plated dinners complemented with passed hors d'oeuvres, Millonzi Fine Catering offers full-service event options available in all seasons.

Can you accommodate special dietary requests (for example vegan, vegetarian, kosher)?Millonzi Fine Catering offers vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten free, kosher, and kosher Chalav Yisrael menu options available.

Can you supply alcohol for my event?Yes, pending Millonzi Fine Catering utilizes its team of TIPS-certified mixologists to serve it alongside a provided pop-up bar.

Can I provide my own beverages?Yes!

Can you provide service and/or bar staff for an event?Yes, however, the cost of service staff is based on location, event duration, facility challenges, and client service caliber expectations. The number of service staff may vary based on the complexities of the event, but staffing numbers will be reviewed to ensure the success of the event.

Are any gratuities included in either my proposal or final bill?Gratuity is not charged on the proposal nor the final bill. Gratuity is always at the discretion of the guest and is never a fixed fee, though is always gratefully accepted by the staff. Further, the kitchen, service and bar staff always work as a team and will share in any gratuity received equally.

How far in advance of my event do I need to reserve services?All event bookings are subject to availability. In order to ensure the availability of a desired date, it is always recommended that bookings take place at the earliest convenience of the client.

Do I need to sign a contract?Yes, a contract and a 50% deposit is required for all events and catering orders.

If I am interested in a style of menu that I do not see on your website, can you customize a menu for me?Of course! Millonzi Fine Catering has executed customized menus featuring cuisines from around the world to meet the needs of a diverse clientele base.

When do I need to decide on a final guest count?For all private events, a final guest head count is required seven days prior to the event date. This count is considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and all event costs will be billed at this number regardless of final guest attendance. In the event that the guest count exceeds the guaranteed final count, the client will be charged for all additional attendees that can be accommodated.

Are you fully insured?Millonzi Fine Catering is always fully insured in all food licensing and liability insurance requirements, and all managers are certified in all food handling and alcohol service certifications.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash, business and personal checks, all major credit cards, and Venmo. All credit cards charged are subject to a 3% processing fee.
