About the Chef
An award-winning, Johnson and Wales-trained chef, Kevin Millonzi is the owner of Millonzi Fine Catering in West Warwick, RI. He has been active in the Rhode Island food scene for the past twenty years, and as a Johnson and Wales graduate (1998), Kevin started his career as the executive chef and operating partner of the Atomic Grille in Providence, RI, providing catering services to numerous entities in Southern New England, to include hosting events for three different U.S. Presidents.
As a chef, Kevin is intensely focused on his craft and has received many culinary awards. He has a passion for great food and hospitality, matched with this unparalleled work ethic. As a small business owner, Kevin continues to value the communities that he serves in all that he does. He regularly sponsors and participates in various charitable initiatives, to include Meals on Wheels of Rhode Island and A Wish Come True, and seizes on every opportunity to give back. Kevin also has been an active participant in several local and industry-specific organizations, including the Central RI Chamber of Commerce, Arctic Village Association, and the American Dairy Association Cheese Advisory Panel.
